Leadership Camp

This year’s “Camp of Champs” Leadership Camp was an awesome experience and one in which the participants are looking forward to for the following year. The energetic Arik Bostic was the host and master of ceremonies who pumped up the students with much motivation and enthusiasm through out the camp. It was a 3 day camp that started on Friday January 18, 2008 and lasted until Sunday January 20, 2008. The weather looked really bleak on Friday but that did not stop the camp from prospering. Nallely Zamora said she had a wonderful experience at the camp and that there were many team building and trust building activities. Most of the activities were held at the UTPA Student Union Building and students were housed at the campus dormitory.
