Band Clinic

Lasara Band students recently participated in a clinic for percussion and clarinet. The clinic was conducted by Vicente Fernandez, who currently is a drum instructor for Cherijon’s Music store in Harlingen. Mr. Vicente also helps out with the Harlingen Middle School district clarinet and drums. Our students learned new techniques and performed them with the instructor. I want to thank the parents for allowing their children to participate in this clinic. The knowledge they learned will be utilized in the classroom with their music for the concerts this year.
