Why should I Join UIL?

The answer to that question is because it is FUN! Yes, it takes some work, but you decide what you want to work on because you choose the event. You will get help from some great coaches who will work with you to get you ready for competition. If you join the UIL Team, you will have the chance to travel to places like Corpus Christi, Austin, and Nacogdoches Texas. You will get breakfast and lunch as well as some overnight trips. You will have the chance to visit universities as part of the competitions or just because we are in the area. High School students can even apply for scholarships provided by UIL.
